An 8,000 square foot addition and adaptive reuse of the existing 45,000 square foot historic structure, which once served as space for the Broadway Brewery. This building was built in 1911 as Silver State Laundry and is a traditional brick and heavy timber structure that was converted into 39 loft residences.
