Master Planning
Tianjin Economic Technological Development Area (TEDA), one of the first state-level development areas in China, is located 45 kilometers east of Tianjin City. The Central Business District (CBD) will be in the heart of this 41-square-kilometer site and the icon of TEDA.
The master plan for CBD is based on three primary factors: (1) history and culture of the area, (2) environmental impact both in the present and future, and (3) intended land use and the site’s relationship to the neighbors. The project features a pair of 240-meter twin towers with 40-meter light crowns at the top and a central park sloped up to the center from the east and west ends to allow underground traffic and maximum green area. The planned CBD includes first-class office buildings, four-star and five-star international business hotels, retail centers, a court building, a museum, a performing center, and a monorail that runs through the site. Our goal is to develop not only a state of the art business center, but also a place drawing people to it even after work with the rich nightlife and entertainment.
