The Sutong Entertainment Zone Master Plan is a conceptual master plan located along the Yangtze River at the southern end of the developing Sutong Science and Technology Park. The site is a prime ecological waterfront zone and serves as a gateway to the Sutong Science and Technology Park and the city of Nantong.

The project site is roughly 630 hectares of reclaimed agricultural land and selective fill into the shallow portions of the Yangtze. The client for this project wished to create an entertainment zone centered around water-based recreational activities; boating, swimming, cruise trips, and water sports. A variety of program elements were proposed for this area, including a large working marina, cruise ship docks, a signature waterfront hotel and retail zone, an exhibition center, residential villas, and over 230 hectares of parks and open space.

Connections with the adjacent Science and Technology park were created through a network of canals and roadways, through the creation of mixed-use, commercial and residential zones, and through the creation of signature and boutique hotels to serve the greater technology park.
