Located on the edge of historic Olde Town Arvada, this combination parking structure and RTD bus transfer facility stands as a herald to the city’s strategic development future. The first of a series of planned new developments within the surrounding 9-acres and beyond, this structure is also the very definition of a multi-modal transit facility. With a capacity to park 660 cars, the facility is also a prime transfer point for RTD’s local bus route, and serves as a connection to the new RTD commuter rail stop.
