Growth projections for Exclusive Resort’s downtown Denver office through 2010 prompted the company to relocate. This move offered the company a chance to establish a new space that strengthens its image and reflects their vision for the future.

The new space, in a Colorado Contemporary style, reflects the mountain-west region; just as their homes reflect the culture and materials of the region where they are located. This “Urban meets the Rocky Mountains” design concept is conveyed through clean lines contrasting with organic shapes and natural materials (wood floors and columns, stone walls, glass, metal). The space has warmth, understated elegance and unexpected design elements.

Branding is an important element in the space and is captured in large graphics of the destinations and residences, signage, product display areas, framed photographs, and display walls which exhibit advertisements, awards and memberships. The design reflects the culture of the company and its employees. It is vibrant, innovative, interesting and professional.
