The Sutong Entertainment Zone Master Plan is a conceptual master plan for a site along the Yangtze River that is a prime ecological waterfront zone and gateway to the Sutong Science and Technology Park and city of Nantong. The site is roughly 630 hectares of reclaimed agricultural land and selective fill into the shallow portions of the Yangtze. A variety of program elements were proposed, including a marina, docks, signature waterfront hotel and retail zone, an exhibition center, residential villas more than 230 hectares of parks and open space. Connections with Sutong Science and Technology Park were created through a network of canals and roadways.
