Sentosa Cove is a marina-based residential community located on reclaimed land along the eastern edge of Sentosa Island, approximately one kilometer off the southern shore of Singapore. The entire 400-hectare island has been sensitively developed with cultural and recreational uses for locals and tourists. Adjacent a 36-hole golf club, the 114-hectare Sentosa Cover project features a central deep-water yacht club and resort hotel. To the north and south of the marina is a series of private navigation channels, accessing more than 2,500 residential units. These consist of one- and two-story, single-family detached bungalows, two and three-story attached terrace homes and four- to six-story condominium complexes.
