START Bus Maintenance Facility and Transit Center
JACKSON, WYOMING
RNL provided programming, concept design, schematic design and support through the town’s entitlement process for a new mixed-use administration, operations, maintenance bus storage, public transit center and transfer station. Budgeted at approximately $25 million and designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the facility features a 163-space community park-n-ride along with public meeting spaces, locker facilities and a transit center waiting area. More than 9,000 sf of employee housing is also designed into the project to help the town meet its need for affordable housing for town and county employees.
