RNL is working closely with Sheraton International to design a distinct and beautifully articulated hotel experience at this property, which offers 347 guestrooms, four conference centers, two ballrooms, four restaurants, and several business centers and lounge areas. The public spaces, including the main lobby, public corridors and conference rooms, will integrate the traditional Arabic aesthetic of the exterior architecture with the Sheraton International brand’s clean, elegant style. An overall balance of simple, timeless, dignified design will be coupled with the use of native materials, textures and patterns. Guestrooms are designed to be comfortable and modest, using the highest quality materials.
