A key component to the revitalization of the Central Glendale Redevelopment District, this 14-story, full-service hotel features an exterior materials palette of limestone, granite, glass and metals, a landscaped courtyard and multiple landscaped sky terraces. Guest suites wrap around a 14-story atrium lobby that incorporates natural daylighting via a roof skylight as well as through a window wall where suites are recessed. This sculpted design allows for the curving window wall to rise up to a boat-shaped transparent glass element. At night the internal illumination from the atrium window wall creates a landmark beacon and gateway at the north end of Central Avenue.
