The striking design of this 45-story, 500-room, five-star hotel accentuates the structure’s vertical elements, providing views from all hotel rooms to the sea, ballroom, spa and beach club facilities. The project site is located on a newly reclaimed island in the center of the Al Raha Beach development. It features a beach, marina and luxury homes set along the waterfront, and pedestrian paths that link each site along the water’s edge. The site also is linked to adjacent developments via a landscaped boulevard and commuter light rail system, which connects the airport with downtown Abu Dhabi.
