The transformation of a 1980s-era office building at 1475 Lawrence Street into the University of Colorado Denver’s new Business School consolidates resources and provides the university with LEED Gold-designed building. RNL’s design for the space creates better opportunities for students, faculty and businesses to engage and collaborate with one another. Highlights of the renovation project include collaborative layouts, classrooms with fully integrated technologies, commons area and a main lobby that showcases a three-story connecting stair that allows greater flexibility for the circulation of students and faculty.
