The Glendale Community College North Campus, an extension of Glendale Community College, is a multi-phase campus under development on more than 75 acres. Phase 1 added more than 67,000 sf of construction to improve student services with the addition of on-site advisement, enrollment services, library, bookstore, fitness/wellness and food service facilities. Instruction space includes flexible classrooms and a variety of science labs. A central plant along with related site improvements, utility infrastructure and parking will also be implemented. At 340,000 sf, the total build-out of the GCCN campus will accommodate more than 10,000 full-time students.
