Union Park Parcel F is the first major commercial high-rise to be built as a part of a 61-acre, mixed-use, master planned development in downtown Las Vegas. It will feature a mix of residences, including street-level town homes, mid- to high-rise units and urban lofts over retail space. The tower will also include a wrapped structured parking that will serve residential and retail uses. Designed to meet LEED certification, the project is meant to appeal to single professionals, empty nesters and secondary home buyers.
