McLean Bible Church
Vienna, Virginia
Having outgrown their facility, the church immediately commenced work on a two-phased project to remodel and expand an existing building. Phase I, included a 1,150-seat auditorium, classrooms, several large “community” rooms, and an 1100-car parking structure. For Phase II , RNL designed a new 2400-seat “performing arts” worship auditorium and a new 17,000 s.f. lobby/fellowship atrium. An extensive remodel was also performed to create children’s youth spaces and administrative offices. Features include rehearsal and studio spaces, large community rooms, a gymnasium, and expanded the parking structure to 2500 spaces. Additionally, RNL also designed a long-range master plan, which includes a new Ministry Center and Special Needs Center.
