Chairman & CEO since 2002, Joshua Gould led the firm to its current status as an international, sustainable, design-focused practice. Under Josh’s direction, RNL has built on its 56-year tradition of service, design excellence, and prominence in the Denver community and abroad. He excels at developing strategic solutions for his clients, the community and RNL.

Rich von Luhrte, FAIA, LEED AP - President

Rich von Luhrte is a Principal and Board Member of RNL. He has served in a design and leadership role for well over three decades. His expertise lies in urban design planning and community development for large-scale complex projects often involving multi-use or transportation-related facilities.

Andrew Irvine, AAILA, LEED AP

Andrew Irvine is a Principal and Board Member of RNL and he leads the Urban Design and Landscape Architecture Studio. He is an energetic, creative and hands-on professional with a passion for design, strong communication skills, a proven track record in building, motivating and managing inter-disciplinary teams and participation in a broad range of project types across a number of geographies.

John Yonushewski, FAIA

John Yonushewski is a Principal, a Board Member, and RNL’s Chief Operating Officer. He has over 35 years of experience in the design and construction field and has accrued numerous design awards. John has a broad range of architectural, construction and development experience, specializing in architect-led, single source project delivery on a wide range of commercial, residential and adaptive reuse projects.

Dominic Weilminster, AIA

Dominic Weilminster is a Senior Associate and Board Member of RNL. He is an award winning designer, spreading his talent consistently among the higher education, civic, cultural, commercial, and master planning markets. Dominic stays involved in the local community through the Downtown Denver Partnership and as a Vice President of the University of Colorado Denver Alumni Association Board of Directors.
