ISAACSON ROSENBAUM, P.C.

Issacson Rosenbaum is a premier law firm that has been successfully practicing in Denver since the early 1960s. In a move to consolidate their overall space and upgrade their image, and pursue a more sustainable office, the firm opted for new space on the 18th floor of 1001 17th Street. They are pursuing LEED certification for their offices through the US Green Building Council.

The design focus of the project was to make the space efficient, collaborative, and flexible. These goals are accomplished by reducing their space to one floorplate, standardizing the attorneys’ office size to help reduce overall square footage, planning the administrative support to be in close proximity to the attorneys, and including multi-functional rooms throughout the plan.

The materials palette is comprised of warm, indigenous and natural materials, consistent with LEED requirements. Soft colors and textures provide a domestic and comfortable appeal. A special emphasis is placed on promoting views to the outside, and pulling natural light into all parts of the floor plate..
