Lighting Design
RNL’s Lighting Design department works closely with our architects, interior designers, and landscape planners to provide fully integrated lighting solutions that complement the overall design and concept of the spaces being developed. Our experience includes high rise commercial and residential mixed use, office TI, government projects and civic centers, religious facilities, recreation, hospitality, retail, transportation and maintenance facilities.
RNL’s lighting professionals are LEED accredited and Lighting Certified (LC) by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions and recognized by the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). Our designs have earned both local and national recognition and have been published in major trade magazines including LD+A.
The mission of RNL’s lighting designers is to provide lighting systems that enhance all types of spaces, create a comfortable environment for occupants, and provide engaging visual stimulus, all while providing intelligent sustainable design.
Our professionals incorporate the latest in building information modeling (BIM) software so that the lighting systems are fully integrated and coordinated in the virtual world before the contractors install them in the real world.
