SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and with more than twenty LEED™ accredited professionals, RNL is deeply committed to environmental stewardship through sustainable design practices. Environmentally responsible architecture is a strategy for reducing the environmental impact of the entire building and construction process; the goal is to live lightly on the earth, protecting the planet's resources for the future generations. We creatively explore the integration of as many sustainable practices as we can achieve within each project's budget:

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN EXPERIENCE:

  • 980,000 s.f. of projects LEED Certified
  • 90,000+ g.s.f. designed to meet LEED certified standards though the client is not pursuing formal certification.
  • 450,000+ g.s.f. designed prior to LEED, with equivalent cutting-edge sustainable efforts prior to the adoption of LEED.
  • 10 new projects presently being designed to meet LEED certified, silver and gold levels.
