The new headquarters for Smashburger provides the Denver based burger giant with the ability to further reflect their unique brand. RNL has provided a workplace design emphasizing team collaboration, transparency, and a sense of comfort familiar to the company’s franchises. Offices have been provided with floor to ceiling glass partitions, and a variety of open meeting spaces promote brainstorming and team interactions.
A large break room in the same style as their restaurants serves as the epicenter of the office, and provides a place for employees to grab lunch as well as hold meetings and informal gatherings. Bold environmental graphics and other components reflect Smashburger’s history and continued growth, as well as employee and franchise recognition. Open ceilings, slat wood paneling, and a familiar mix of branded finish materials give the space an authentic architectural character.
