This Operational Support Facility OSF provides administrative and equipment storage floor space for the Air Force Material Command and the Air Force Space Command. It is sited on the south side of Falcon Parkway, which is the main entry to the Base. As a result, the Base wished the OSF to act as an anchor and provide a design standard for development on the Base. The OSF was designed as a two-phase project with a rounded northeast corner, allowing it to fit into the bend of the Parkway. In order to limit the area per floor and to facilitate occupant flow, the facility was developed as a three-story building.

The building is sited to take advantage of its solar orientation and provides maximum natural day-lighting through its north and south walls. The dramatic entrance effectively ties together exterior and interior design elements.

The interiors of the three floors are efficiently divided into suites designed to serve the needs of the various groups housed in the OSF. High-wall offices and administrative support areas are clustered in the center of the space with low wall panel systems placed near the windows throughout most of the building.
