A space dedicated to collaboration, transparency, and full-floor access to the mountain views.
RNL worked with Denver Investments to explore various test fit options in downtown Denver to find their new home. Having taken over a previous law firm office space 20 years ago, the Denver Investments team was very excited for the opportunity to finally reside in an authentic space. Ultimately decideding on the 50th floor of Republic Plaza, the panoramic views of the mountains was the best fit for them. With a reduced square-footage from their previous office, RNL worked closely with the Denver Investments team to consolidate what was once their two-floor office into one full-floor tenant.
RNL designed the lobby with warm wood tones and copper accents to invite and draw visitors into the space, leading them to the open reception with a direct view of Mount Evans. Off of the reception is the Boardroom that can seat 18 people. For larger events, the sliding doors on the Boardroom were designed to open up to the reception to take advantage of both spaces when needed. Dedicated to collaboration, transparency, and full-floor access to the views, perimeter offices and conference rooms were furnished with full-height glass fronts and clerestory windows on all side walls to maintain opennes and natural light into the core of the space. As an open office, the space encourages collaboration among peers, and also offers a variety of amenity spaces – break room, coffee bar, huddle rooms, and phone rooms. These spaces allow for privacy when needed, impromptu meetings, and a mix of work places for various work styles.
