200 Columbine is a proposed a mixed-use project consisting of retail, office and housing. The site is a half block located in Denver’s Cherry Creek North neighborhood that is to be redeveloped. The concept is to provide a seven-story office building at the southern end of the site, transitioning the space to moderate sized residential at the center and finishing with larger residential units to the north. The residential units will take place over street level retail with below-grade structure parking.
