Located in central Cairo, the setting for this new 485 hectare (1,200 acre) master plan is a large mesa that overlooks the Pyramids, the Nile River, and the Citadel. Approximately 26,000 residential units will have the finest views in Cairo.

The site is comprised of individual villages, a town center, and an 18-hole golf course. Each of the five villages, planned around limestone canyons and valleys, will have schools, mosques, and small retail centers. The mixed-use town center, located at the highest point of the site, includes hotels, offices, and retail uses. At the foot of the mesa, the golf course wraps around the base of the villages.
