The current expansion in the hospitality industry has once again allowed us to apply our broad base of experience with large, complex resort/conference hotel projects located in a diverse range of site conditions including urban central business districts, suburban "edge city" locations in close proximity to office parks and adjacent to international transportation hubs. Our commissions tend toward larger, full service resort / conference hotels. Every project we undertake is lead by a firm principle with responsibilities for daily interaction with the entire project team. From programming through design the project is led by our design principle, Steve Newman, and during construction Dick Anderson, principle in charge of quality control and construction administration. Our integrated studio organization allows early involvement of planners, landscape architects, mechanical and electrical engineers and an interior design team. Combined with our highly successful "on-site" design sessions, our A/E team can quickly create highly developed concept designs and site test fit information which forms the basis of our client's feasibility studies and pro formas. |
