Like the food served there, Urbano Pizza Bar’s design aesthetic is simple, but filled with warmth and character. The open kitchen is dominated by two custom wood-burning ovens clad in cold-rolled steel and accented with rivets. The rest of the kitchen and the bar are kept light and simple, with white subway tiles and reclaimed marble slabs. Custom raw steel shelving helps separate bar functions, while the dining area is highlighted by a marble-topped communal table with reclaimed lamp post bases and reclaimed wide-plank wood flooring. The restaurant façade is a custom steel-and-glass storefront broken into a series of doors and windows that open onto a bustling corner. Outdoor patios add to the street presence.
