Changing a Recurrence Interval
To change the recurrence interval of an appointment or meeting:

In Calendar, double-click the appointment or meeting to open it. When prompted by Outlook Web Access, select Open the series, and then click OK.

Click the Recurrence button
on the appointment or meeting toolbar.

In the Recurrence dialog box, make the necessary alterations to the recurrence pattern.

When finished, click OK.
