Planning Meetings

You can plan meetings through Outlook Web Access by sending meeting requests. Meeting requests are appointments where other people are invited. When you add people to your meeting request, they are invited to your meeting.

Other people can also invite you to their meetings, in which case you receive a form for accepting or declining their invitations.
