Reading Posted Messages

Use the Read Post form to read messages posted to public folders. These include postings to Internet news groups, which are stored in public folders by default in Exchange 2000. Posted messages are displayed in the Read Post form when they are opened by Microsoft Outlook Web Access recipients.

Because posted messages appear in public folders, they can be viewed by anyone with access permissions to that folder.
