Attaching a File to a Contact
Use this procedure if you want to attach a Word document, or other relevant information, to a contact. This allows you to store all information pertaining to one of your contacts in one location.
To attach a file to a contact:

Open the desired contact.

On the toolbar, click the Add Attachment button.

Under Choose a file to attach, type the path to the file, or click Browse to navigate to the file.

Click Attach, and the file will appear under Current file attachments. Repeat steps 1-3 for any additional files you want to attach.

To return to the contact, click Close. The file(s) you selected will now appear at the bottom of the General tab, beside Attachments.

Note You may have to refresh your browser window in order to see any attachments you have added.
