| View 9 is
part of a series of views taken along Belleview Avenue, looking into the campus. The
largest visual impact will be the flat, playing fields that are close to the road. An edge
of the stadium seating is visible in the Full Buildout view. By building the stadium
seating into the hillside, motorists and pedestrians along Belleview Avenue will see an
expanse of playing fields adjacent to the roadway rather than a large structure such as
