taken from a high vantage point within the Willowbrook neighborhood. A small percentage of
the houses in the Willowbrook neighborhood are located in this area, which is the closest
proximity of the neighboring residential area to the campus. Some athletic buildings are
visible. The majority of the view of campus development is of the flat playing fields,
which are nearest to the residences. In addition, vegetative screening that will be part of the campus design is not shown in the computer model. Existing trees are also not shown at their full height. The combination of proposed plantings and existing vegetation will further screen views of the campus site from what is depicted in the computer generated images.
