| The
largest visual impact will be the flat, playing fields that are close to the road. The
main part of the campus is located deeper within the valley between the Hogback and Lyons
Ridge. The visual impacts of the proposed campus development are minimized by the placement of taller buildings in the base of the valley, while smaller scale buildings are sited closer to ridges and high points. Visual impacts from Belleview Avenue are diminished due to the placement of the playing fields close to the roadway, while larger scale buildings are sited deeper in the valley, away from the road. |
