RNL Design seeking experienced Marketing Director with proven success in architectural/design environment. Must have 5 plus years of architectural or engineering firm experience. Responsibilities include strategic planning, proposals, collateral, public relations and business development in professional organization with multi-state locations. Must be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, and tactfully facilitate multiple interests. Organization and communication skills are key. Must be proficient in computer applications, and possess excellent leadership skills. Position will oversee marketing coordinators and PR staff.
