| Tianjin Economic
Technological Development Area (TEDA), one of the first state-level development
areas in China, is located 45 kilometers east of Tianjin City. The Central
Business District (CBD) will be in the heart of this 41-square-kilometer
site and the icon of TEDA. The project features 240-meter twin towers with 40-meter light crowns and a sloped central park that allows underground traffic and maximum green area. The planned CBD includes first-class office buildings, four-star and five-star business hotels, retail centers, a court building, a museum, a performing center, and a monorail. |
