| RNL, in association
with Shears+Leese Architects, designed this ground-breaking facility that
won the Congress of New Urbanism 2003 Charter Award. With its highly detailed brick work, the structure fits contextually and welcomes downtown visitors with convenient parking. The post-tensioned concrete garage holds approximately 700 cars on eight levels, two below grade. The mixed-use component includes 7,500 square feet of retail on the first floor and 7,500 square feet of City office space on the second floor. The garage features open stair towers and a glass-enclosed elevator. |
