| RNL along with
Todd & Associates was selected by the City of Glendale to prepare a
comprehensive Downtown Master Plan to guide future development in the downtown
district. The Master Plan includes strategic economic planning analysis,
physical design and renewal concepts, and a financing mechanism. The RNL was responsible for facilitating public input and feedback throughout the planning process. RNL coordinated with City staff to engage the public throughout the planning process through onsite design charrettes, newsletters, and a project website. |
