| Burj Dubai is a
master planned community that will become the major urban node within Dubai,
United Arab Emirates. The project will be an “icon” development
within the country. “Burj” in Arabic means “tower”,
and the Burj Dubai development will provide the setting for the world’s
tallest building; Burj Dubai Tower. The project will be developed on 168 hectares of land adjacent to the existing high-rise residential and office districts in Dubai. The site was part of a former military facility. |
