| The Town of Avon,
Colorado retained RNL to design the new public works and transportation
facility. Phase I of the project included sitework and infrastructure improvements
such as site grading, utility extensions, improvements to Swift Gulch Road
and relocation of the current modular Administration Building. Phase II consisted of the Vehicle Maintenance Building and final site work. Future phases will include the new Administration Building, Parking Structure and Shop/Storage Buildings. Sustainable design features include daylighting and radiant floor heating. |
