| The Phase I project
consisted of a 15,000 square foot, two-story administration building which
is attached at the lowest level to a 154,000 square foot, two-story parking
structure. The lower level of parking provides space for 150 employee vehicles,
while the upper level is designed to store 69 transit vehicles plus the
4,500 square foot fueling and wash facility. Phase II included the addition and remodel of the city’s maintenance garage totalling over 28,000 square feet. |
