| The new 125,000
s.f. facility, located in Denver, is a state-of-the-art project that is
setting the bar for facilities of its kind nationwide. It is designed to
support the needs of the existing southwest light rail corridor, and the
new 19-mile long light rail extension. Administration, operations, maintenance, and repair spaces include 16 light rail vehicle repair and maintenance bays, recessed maintenance pits, a wheel truing pit, parts storage, AC repair, office space, lunch rooms, locker/shower rooms, crew shops, maintenance of way, and facilities maintenance. |
