| RNL, in association
with Shears-Leese Architects, was commissioned to design a mixed-use facility
incorporating ground level retail space, six levels of parking and three
levels of residential lofts. The garage component provides parking for an
adjacent Historic Landmark office building and presented a major design
challenge: creating a structure fitting of the neighborhood’s historic
character. The 18 luxury residential loft units feature terraces and balconies providing tremendous views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range. Loft floor plans vary from 1,100 s.f. to almost 2,300 s.f. |
