| Prospect Place
is a mixed-use residential development comprised of seven buildings on 5.5
acres on the northwest edge of Downtown Denver. With an emphasis on landscaping,
pedestrian connections and future transit services, the development will
ultimately contain 400 residential units including lofts, flats, town homes
and studios. It also features a Piazza, structured parking and street level
