selected RNL Design in combination with Shears+Leese Associated Architects
for the design of the first ground-up high-rise loft project constructed
within the new B-7 guidelines for the Lower Downtown Denver Historic District.
The 10-story structure features 134 loft units ranging in size from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet complete with hardwood floors and fully finished kitchens and bathrooms. Owners have options to add or individualize other interior elements. The building also offers 204 covered parking spaces. |
