The City of Las Vegas contracted with RNL and Design Workshop to develop a master plan for a vacant 61-acre parcel of remediated Union Pacific Railroad land immediately adjoining downtown. Union Park is the largest piece of assembled, undeveloped land in downtown Las Vegas.

The vision for this property is to create a vertical urban village, made up of residential, retail and office uses, which is planned to be centrally located on the site between a medical campus and a performing arts complex with a series of connections between the site and the city.
