| RNL was hired to
design and help implement this co-location project for Marsh USA and Mercer
Human Resource Consulting.The 65,000 s.f., three-story office is designed
to project an image of warmth, sophistication and timelessness. One floor
houses common functions including a conference suite and training room used
by both groups. The remaining non-shared functions are distributed on each
floor near the work groups. Project challenges included re-using existing furniture while minimizing down time during the project move and allowing for partial occupancy during construction. |
