| Following an extensive
three-stage design competition, the design-build team of David Owen Tryba
Architects and RNL with Hensel Phelps Construction Company, was selected
for the landmark Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building project in
Denver, Colorado. Encompassing over 640,000 square feet of new offices, the complex also accommodates 600 vehicles on three levels and 200,000 square feet of underground parking levels. In addition the project included the renovation of over 80,000 square feet of an existing building which was incorporated into the final design. |
