| Envisioned as a
secure correctional treatment center with associated mental health care
facilities, the project was designed to provide the secure delivery of mental
health and rehabilitation services to mentally disturbed inmates. RNL provided
programming, planning and design for the maximum security psychiatric hospital/correctional
facility that draws inmates from other prisons in the State of Colorado
