Auraria Campus Plaza Building Remodel
				RNL provided full interior design for the Plaza Building remodel. Services included programming, existing facility due diligence, space planning, interior design, documentation through construction documents and construction administration. The program plan allocated space to the three academic institutions on the campus: Community College of Denver, University of Colorado at Denver, and Metropolitan State College. The remodel of approximately 119,000 square feet included various types of classrooms, fixed-seating lecture halls, computer laboratories and office suites for each relocated department.
