Opus Northwest LLC, one of the premier developers in the country, commissioned RNL to provide site and architectural design services for their new Highlands Ranch office building campus. This site will have two buildings with a total of 158,000 s.f. of office space.

The Phase I office building is two stories and 75,000 s.f. The Phase II office building is three stories and 83,000 s.f. Design services included interior design of the lobby and other core spaces. Additionally, RNL is providing the interior design services for the top floor tenant of Phase I - Arcadis, Geraghty & Miller.
